📌 Under the direction ofIsabelle Grossi, Professor at amU, and Julien Gasbaoui, Attorney at Law at the Paris Bar and Associate Lecturer at the Centre de droit économique de l'Université d'Aix-Marseille, this training course at the Faculté de droit et de science politique Aix-Marseille Université is aimed at legal and accountancy professionals wishing to consolidate and update their skills as closely as possible to realities in the field.

🗣️ Designed as a genuine forum for exchange, it is part of a partnership signed this summer between the Conseil Régional de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Aix-Marseille Université.
This new diploma, attached to theInstitut de Droit des Affaires de l'Université d'Aix-Marseille (AMU) in business law, offers a resolutely practical approach to major contemporary issues, including :

- Drafting practice in corporate law,
- Cryptocurrency taxation,
- Compliance and its challenges,
- The risk of money laundering,
- And many other topics at the heart of legal and economic news.

🎯 The ambition of this CESU is twofold: to pass on cutting-edge knowledge, but also to create a constant dialogue with and between practitioners. By anticipating emerging issues and adapting content to the needs expressed, the training is designed to be progressive, interactive and demanding.
The seminars will be held on eight Saturdays from September to December, and will open with a breakfast in the presence of the speaker, followed by a lunch-debate designed to orient the modules according to the expectations of the participants.
